What is Mindful Living?

Our mission is to develop mind-filled divergent thinkers. We provide experiential and theoretical learning in courses, workshops, and webinars, that help individuals develop curiosity, gratitude, forgiveness, compassion, and acceptance of others. We stress the total development of each person: spiritual, moral, intellectual, social, emotional, and physical.
