Alex took a sabbatical from the industry but returned even stronger as he found, discovered, and signed Lundon “the Bridge” Knighton, placing singles with Leona Lewis, Keshia Cole, Tearri Mari, Usher, and further her into a deal with LaReid and EMI. Alex signed talent deals with Ayo & Keyz and Vincent Herbert, which led to her deal with Virgin Records, garnering her a top 30 song on the Billboard charts” Love hates me.” He also signed and closed publishing deals for the artist Angela “Sherie” with Warner Chappel, who was responsible for Ariana’s single “Positions.”
